what the quote is trying to say is stay away from the people who try to belittle your dreams. Or destroy what you want to do with your life. Sometimes people get jealous of what you do or they are jealous that your so good at something so they try to put you down because they wish they have the talent that you have. so it saying no matter what you do if you like doing it and it can get you far in life they keep your head up and follow through with what you do best. when they say little people like to belittle your ambition it does not mean that literally little people are belittling other peoples ambitions it means that people that are weaker then you or have to others down to make them feel better about the them selves. An example from my life is my brother always doubted me that he’d be better then me at everything but later in life I soon found some things that I was better then him at. I was better then him a drawling I was faster then him at running. Ambitions could be a good thing in a way for example if your a good person then you then you should have good ambitions if you a bad kid then your probably going to have bad goals in your life , but there's always a way to turn that around.

This quote is wrote by mark twain. I think twain when if u think positive you can do what ever you set your mind too. If you think negative you will ever get that thing done.
ReplyDeleteI think ambition means strong desire for success or achievement. I also think it is some sop desired or u set as a goal. Ambition is a positive thing in life because ambition is something a set to do. So if I was to set a ambition it would be going good in grade and playing sports.
If I wanted to play sports I would need to good in my classes. So I would need to stay after for school and do some extra credit for classes. After I was done with that I would do practice sports with my friends so I can get better in sports. I would go to school at 6 to practice with the team so I can get better and show the coaches that I can play basketball for the team. Thats is my 250 words.
This quote is very true. People who are jealous or feel little about themselves make other people feel small. People will belittle your ambitions simply because they don't have any goals for themselves. People dont want to see you suceed because people are cruel and jealous. Thats why people say sucess is the best revenange. Never listen to anyone but what YOU want to do. Dont let people bring you down. Especically when you have an amabition or a goal you want to accomplish in life. People will do anything to watch you fall. Being around anyone positive is always a good atmosphere. Surround yourself with nothing but good vibes and postive things. And most of all set goals and accomplish them, and don't let anyone stop you for succceding.
ReplyDeletemy view on ambition is it is positive. there is a song about it that i listen and the man singing it talks about his ambition to do certain things. so ambition is basically the urge to do something or something that is making you want to do something.for example my ambition for a while was getting better at baseball becoming pro having nice cars a nice house and a lot of money but the i realized that in reality it was not going to happen so i quickly changed my ambition to something more realistic as in pushing my self to being successful in life and then have nice things . So now that i actually know what ambition is i push myself hard to make it to the places i want to go.

Small people always do that, but the really great make you feel that you, too, can become great” To me it is about jealousy, and the reason why I say this because are jealous for what you do. Like lets say a kid with perfect grades, attendance, and is in a good spot for scholarship offered by his vocational school. Now he tells his the rest of his class mates in his regular school. One kid is jealous, the reason why is because it does not happen to him instead it happens the opposite the person that is jealous. Right there is jealousy. Now if hear the person talking about you, you eventually already know that he or she is jealous for what you do. Do not let that distract from what ever you trying to do. It is better for that person to focus on his or her stuff, and you focus on yours. Also if you know the person is jealous for what you do talk to the person out it. Give that person as well some advice on what the person should if he or she wants to do something in their lives. Than after it is all settled he or she will thank you for what you said them. Then that person will no longer fell jealous of what you do. Now after you said something you will feel much better, but you know that you something good. It make you do even better on doing on what you suppose to do. Later that person who felt jealous will start do by do what he or she suppose to do as better person than he or she was.
ReplyDeleteWhat this quote means is that people who don't know what they're talking about or want to see you day are the ones that will try to put you down and make you think you can't reach your dreams. Personally because I think they are jealous because they probably can't reach it themselves. The greater people are the ones that will help you and guide you to succeeding in whatever you want to do. They are the ones that will lead you to your goal, which is why it makes them the bigger person. I remember this one time I was studying for a big exam. Some of my "friends" told me that I'd probably have no chance since no one knew what they were doing but I had a very few friends that told me I could do it. It's the bigger and better people that just bring a positive attitude and will help you succeed
