  1. This quote easily relates to "Taking the easy way out." If you take the path with no obstacles that means your doing something without any troubles, or struggles against you. For example, if you take a test in school and cheated on it to pass, even if you do pass you won't have the same good feeling as if you passed on your own.

  2. “If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.” To me means you gain nothing without something to get pass. When you pass life without any troubles you don't know how to over come them. Without learning if you have something comes by you cant fix it. The hard path with more obstacles you learn and gain so much more as a person. Your view of life is better and you don’t think you need or have to have it.

  3. In life nothing comes easy. If there isn't a fight, whats the point. Theres no sense of accomplishment. Its like when people say nothing in life comes free. People need to work for what they want. Such as my dad bought me a car, I took the easy way out and just took the car, now I crashed it and I have to figure everything out on my own and save money and buy myself a new car.

  4. This quote could mean many things. The first thing that came to my head when I first read “If you find a path that has no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere” is that it means that the path doesn’t lead you anywhere good. Whatever path you decide to go down in your life, it should be a struggle. You should always want that toughness and you should want to have to push. You should want to push as far as you can and see your limits. You should always want to work your hardest wherever you’re going. Once you do everything that you possibly can, you will really know what you can and can’t do. If you don’t work as hard as you know you can, you won’t get where you want to be and that will be your fault. Go hard, or go home! Coming into my freshman year of high school, I knew I wanted to play field hockey, competition cheerleading, and lacrosse. Walking into high school, I already had 10 years of experience in cheerleading. It was my life. I was so nervous for try outs because all of the upperclassmen and sophomores were very intimidating. They already knew what was coming, and I didn’t. None of the freshman did. All I had to do was give it all I had, and that’s all I could do, just give all my effort. Little did I know, I made the team a week later. All the work that I put in paid off. I figured if cheerleading wasn’t as much of a struggle, lacrosse wouldn’t be because I played with my older sister for years and I already knew the concept of it. I know for a fact that I didn’t try as hard as could because I thought I knew everything when I didn’t. I ended up not sticking with the sport because I didn’t get into it as much as everyone else did. Everyone else wanted to learn the sport and I thought I already did and I didn’t. Now that I learned my lesson with lacrosse, I put all my focus in practices and games in field hockey to succeed. You need challenges in your life to show you how strong you are and what you can really do.

    1. I completely agree with how you think that life should be some what of a struggle. If there is no struggle to live there's no sense of accomplishment toward the end, without that sense of accomplishment life is sort of meaningless.

  5. “If you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn’t lead anywhere.” This quote to me signifies that if you find a choice in life too easy then it probably isn't going to lead you anywhere good or make you learn anything. Why would you want to take the easy way out of something when you could put all your effort into something that actually means something to you and when you accomplished what you wanted you could see that is was worth it to take that extra step. For example school isn't what I would want to come to everyday but I do think about my future and all the things I want to get done in my life and if I don't apply my self to learning and getting threw what I need to do then I wont be anyone in life. And if I did that then I would have disappointed my parent and let down myself for not trying. Everyone needs to have some type of challenges in their lives to make them strong.
