Although Andy was a gang member, he still had definite dreams for his
future. He planned to marry Laura, "get out of the neighborhood" and
have a lot of kids. His dreams, of course, would never be realized due
to his tragic death.

My goals in life have changed a lot through the past years but now I have 1 goal and that is what I want to do for the rest of my life.i want to graduate high school with a nice gpa and get into a nice college for astronomy and after that study for cosmology.i would like a nice wife that made dinner every day and took care of 2 kids at the most and the pet . A nice house , not too big , big houses give me the feeling that I have a lonely life. And I think that is it.
ReplyDeletei just found out that that wasnt 250 words so i have to make one more. if that goal doesnt work out ill have to go into the army. i dont think is very bad because i wanted to enlist in the first place. i think it would be a once in a life time experience to go into a war, and the USA is doing work in any country that has oil so maybe ill even visit my family sometimes.After i retire from the army i plan on being a cop so i dont just stay home and do nothing plus there is a good pay to it too and with both paychecks i can live a nice life . if i dont go to the army ill join the air force and when i leave that ill pilot planes for public airlines and keeping people safe in the great country of america

DeleteMy dreams for the future is to have a good job and a wife and kids. My plan is to graduate high school then go to college. Then play college basketball and get drafted to the NBA to make a lot of money. To get drafted to the Oklahoma thunder to play with the best player in the NBA and that player is Kevin Durant. If I could do that I would complied my goal of going to the NBA and my dad would be so happy with me.
ReplyDeleteI would get the girl by getting her a lot of things. Like jewelry, roses, clothes and any thing she wants. Some obstacles would be making it to college and being on a good college team that people look for to draft people to there team. I would have to get good grades to make it to the NBA. The other obstacles would be ting the girl that i love to marry me and to have kids with her. If I don't feel the love I feel not marry the girl cause that not me and I don't care what people think. If I did get drafted to a NBA team i would buy a big Minchin and have all my family living with me cause you got to have family in your life.
Kevin Durant is booty and that is basically the only thing I disagree with you and good luck with your goals I forgot to mention in my goals that I also wouldn't mind wining states for wrestling

ReplyDeleteMy goal in life is to graduate high school, then go to college at OCC to get my associates degree. Then after I graduate OCC I want to find a job being a teacher's assistant. While working I'd like to go back to school to get a better degree so I can be a kindergarden teacher. Then after I have a set career I'd like to get married and have kids. I will accomplish my goals by working really hard in school and get a part-time job while going to school.

DeleteI have many dreams for my future. Something I'm always thinking about is what life has planned for me. A big dream of mine is to be successful in everything I do. I plan on graduating from high school and moving on to a new chapter in my life. That new chapter in my life is going to college and mastering in a career. A career that i always thought about majoring in is physical therapy. From there, I want to own my own house with hopefully a husband and kids. I know life sometimes throws stones your way, but I hope nothing stops me from what I want out of life. Which is nothing but a bright future. I'm excited to see where the rest of my life takes me, but I know wherever I go in life you can find me with a smile.
ReplyDeleteMy dreams for the future is to be a State trooper for New Jersey, but in order to make that dream come true I would have to graduate from high school. Then I would think about a great university to go to. After that I plan on to go to the State Trooper Academy. So I can learn on more about, what it takes to be a State Trooper in New Jersey. I also plan to have my own house with a wife that would care for me, and the kids that I wanna have. But in order to get all that in the future I have to work hard in my education in school, and at Ocean County Vocation technical School: Law and Public Safety. So I can get many opportunities. Like right now I wrote a letter to my captain about, why a want to be a Honor Guard. He read it, and he picked me. Only nine out of forty five get to be picked, and I was one of them to get picked. Also not a lot of opportunities come to many people. So if really want it bad then work hard, so that one day it could to you. Like it happen to me. Also if you keep on what you wanna do. My suggesting is to work hard in your education, and be organized as well as never give up. Push your self to the limit that. So that you can have opportunities on what you wanna do in the future. Like it did to me already.

DeleteMy dream for the future is to become an actor. Marry a wonderful women and have three kid. Two boys and one girl. I want to live in a huge house down by the water with a big in ground pool and, own my own boat to take my family out. I also want two dogs a husky and a German Shepard. Also I dream to become one of the most famous people in this world so I can help children who are starving or have cancer. How I plan to make my dreams come true is by staying in school and, get high grades. Then I want to go to a big college for performing arts. I want to start taking classes while I'm still young so that ill have experience for the future and I don't look stupid when I get recorded. some obstacles that are i might have trouble with are having to find a good agent so that i can get into acting. finding a college that would accept me into their program having the money to pay for my house and my family. I would have to have good grades in school to get accepted into a good college. I would have to work my hardest and hopefully somehow I would have a connection with someone to help me become what I want top be. I would need a job to help pay for my classes and that would make me tired and I get side tract very easily. That’s how I hope my life will turn out to be like when I grow up.

DeleteMy dreams for the future are still very cloudy for me at this moment of my life. I've had a lot of ideas and a lot f thoughts to what I want to be. When I was little I wanted to be a teacher, doctor, and a superstar! As I started getting older I seemed to be more and more confused on what I wanted to be. For the longest time I did want to be a pediatrician. I wanted to be a pediatrician because I absolutely LOVE kids. Also because being a pediatrician makes good mooney. I've always told my mom I wanted to do something where it involved kids and there she told me being a pediatrician would be perfect. Although it makes good money, it invloves working hard, getting good grades, and maintaining them. I plan to study as hard as I can and push myself until I make it. As of right now, my mind is set on being a pediatrician but I'm not too sure what my heart wants. I definitely want to do something in the medical industry. I want to go to a community college for a year or two then persue to a 4 year college, there I can start my schooling and getting my degree. Some of the obstacles I might come across are my grades. My grades right now aren't looking too good for me to get into a college I want to go to. Which is why I'm going to dry my very hardest to get where I want to be. Whatever it takes, i will strive and push myself until I make it so I can start a family and provide them everything they need.

DeleteMy dream for the future is to be a professional football broadcaster. It will take years of learning on how to read off of a teleprompter and trying not to be nervous in front of the camera. What I want to do is save up a lot of money and go to a college where I can learn how to hone my craft and work hard so where one day I can say that I made into broadcasting. My other dreams include getting my own house, having a family to look after and to support with my job, and help out any person that could need my help. Some of the obstacles that could come up would have to do with paying my way through college, trying to find any broadcasting service that could need any assistance with future programming, and trying to have the basic necessities that any one person should need like food, shelter, and transportation. How ever I can get this done, I will get it done to achieve my dream of being a football broadcaster no matter what hardships I go through, I will achieve my dreams.

DeleteMy dreams for the future are as of right now two things. one being a united states marine and two becoming a diesel technician. as for obstacles i will start out with the obstacles of being a marine. Being a marine could have many obstacles asvabs and physical training or even being on the battlefield. Its very rare to become a marine very few people make it the training is more intense then any other united states military branch. So those could be some obstacles as a marine. But as for being a diesel technician i find there to be mopre obstacles then the marines. As in ASE certifications a diesel tech college or work itself. Diesel is one of the most popular things driven worldwide. We have boats that are diesel we have trucks even planes and trains. so as you can see there are many things you can do as a diesel technician.
ReplyDeleteMy dream for the future is to be a music engineer or somewhere in the music field doing live sound or just working mixing boards... I plan on achieving this by going to school and learning what I need to know. I already have a head start since I'm in a vocational school now for it and I'm about to attend Ocean County College next semester to further my knowledge. Some obstacles in my life are going to be getting where I'm trying to be at. There are a bunch of fields open to what I'm trying to do but while someone is trying to do something like this there is a lot of downtime in the way... With all this downtime your going to want some sort of money income so you need to get a job which gets in the way for schooling for all of this information your trying to learn. When I'm finished with that there isn't much more to do but keep doing it. Just like everyone else I plan on having a wife and kids and all of that good stuff that everybody wants to have in their lives. Besides my dream for a career I will probably want a bunch of cars, a bunch of clothes, and anything else to make life happy. When I am finished I will kick back with my feet up and be very happy that my dream finally had come true. Then I'll make my families dreams come true.
ReplyDeleteMy dream for the future is to be an actor/singer or you could say a stage performer. I’ve been in shows all my life and I never get tired of it. The feeling it gives me when I’m on stage singing or being a goof or just in the background singing with everyone else, it’s just unreal to me. It will be a hard life being away from family and working harder and harder every day to get better but it’s worth it to me. Many obstacles will be in my way that I will have to fight through. Things like losing a spot in a show and not being able to find another job and pay bills. Or sometimes shows go on tours and I could be away from family for a long time. I’m really close to my family so it’s hard to be gone for a long time. But it’s the price we pay for doing what makes us happy. I always had different types of dreams and goals that come and go in my life but the one I always stuck with was acting. It may sound stupid to some people and that’s okay because some people don’t see it like I do. I feel alive when I’m on stage. Like I can be who or whatever I want and create a story for people to enjoy. My dream is what pushes to do better every time so I can stand out from others that walk on stage. I will make this dream a reality and make it my life. This dream will be mine as long as I believe.

ReplyDeleteMy biggest dream is to become an agent for Naval Criminal Investigative Service Office Of Special Projects. I want to become a federal agent because it’s been a dream of mine for years to become a cop. But the thing is my mom doesn’t want me to become one even though I’d be doing undercover work she doesn’t think that I should move to Los Angeles to pursue a career in N.C.I.S. I want to become a fed because I know it’s what I would be best at. Even though I would have to go to college for many years I know that’s what I want to do with my life. My parents don’t understand why I want to become an fed. I know that moving to L.A. is a big step from New Jersey but the truth is I’m sick of living in such a small place . I’ve lived in New Jersey my entire life and I want to be somewhere big and new. To me moving to Los Angeles is what I know what I would do my best. To be a federal agent has been a dream of mine since I was little. So becoming one is something that I know that I could excel in. Even if it’s hard it’s what I was meant to be even if my mother doesn’t agree with it. I know that I have to do to be happy in my life.
