Although Andy was a gang member, he still had definite dreams for his
future. He planned to marry Laura, "get out of the neighborhood" and
have a lot of kids. His dreams, of course, would never be realized due
to his tragic death.

As of right now I don't have much planned for my future. I would like to have a family and have a good paying job. But in this economy to get a good job anymore you need to have a lot of schooling. After high school I'm going to go to Ocean County College and after that hopefully to Rutgers. Rutgers is a pretty good school and you need decent grades to get in to that college. My grades haven't been that good the past few years. I plan on doing better this year though especially since Junior year is the most important year in high school. When I go to college I'm thinking about going for law or criminal justice. My grades can definitely be an issue for my future.

It has always been and interest to me and I love the fact that I can make the world safer for my family and others.And I need to get good grades and not get in trouble as much as I do.But im making good progess I think because I havent been in the office "Yet" haha thats the key word "YET" but I also need to go to college for 4 years so I can live my dream. Or i can go to the military for 2 years which they like better because your already train with weapons.But if i go to the military its gonna be Marines...OOH-RAH haha. some obsticles might be grades but I just hope i can pass every class with flying colors.

DeleteFor my future I have alot planned out so far im thinking of leaving to new york to start off my career to be a pediatric nurse right after I end high school. And I also want to go to a cosmotology school mostly for hair and nails since those are my two passions. Also after I finish those careers I want to have my own salon but have some one else run it for me since I still want to be in the nursing feild no matter what. I know what I have planned out for my future is a lot but I know if I set my mind to it I can accomplish it.
ReplyDeleteScarlett, I also want to be aquainted in the feild of cosmotology. Although I would like to own and run my own hair salon myself. I respect how you have prestigous goals, and actually have hope in being a successful individual. Being a pediatric nurse seems quite difficult, children can be quite a handful, especially dealing with a range of numerous ages.
DeleteIn my future I plan on becoming a police officer. I'm off to a good start because I dont get in trouble pretty much every. I do have things that will get in the way but its more of just slowing me down. Like my daughter, she is most of my time,and grades because last year I get my self into some trouble by not doing work and sleeping usually everyday. Since than I have bettered myself and I'm a better person for everything I do. Life isnt easy but you get thought get with work. I hope that my future has college in it. OCC most likely get first haha.

DeleteIn the future I see myself as being a hotel manager or a physical therapist. I always wanted to be a hotel manager because my dad has taught me a lot about it. It's not an easy job because you have to make sure everything is right for all the guest and make sure that you upper boss approves of it. A hotel manager pretty much handles all the work because you have to tell the workers what to do and they are always calling you and asking things and you have to know the answer to it. Things get a little annoying as a hotel manager because my dad always comes home frustrated. If you mess up on one thing your pretty much losing your job because mess ups are not aloud. You always have to make sure that the workers are working together not just one doing everything and the other one tell him what to do. Anyway that's what I want to be. If the whole hotel thing doesn't work I would love to be a physical therapist. I know its not easy because you have to have know what your doing what limits you should stop at and never push the client more then you already have. I think in my own opinion i feel like a physical therapist is the hardest job. You have to go through so many steps before being able to work with the people and being able to do what you want to do. A lot of the therapist I know told me that it takes awhile to be able to stretch people out and its a really long task. When your a physical therapist you want to be able to do everything not just say do this and do that you want to get involved and show people what you can do.

DeleteIn the future I don't know what I want to be yet. I have always been told I need to know what I want to be but I've just haven't figured it out yet. I want to have a family and a family pet. I will do better in school and don't slack off. I want to go to college and major in something I want to be in the future. I want to go to William Paterson, my whole family went there so I have to go there. In order to do that I think I will have to study harder than I am right now because I am not studying at all right now. When I graduate from college, I am going to get a job that will support me and my family for the rest of my life. Some obstacles I will face are, being in school for another four years plus additional years for what I want to be when I get older. I am going to try to be something I want later in life. Not everything is handed to you in life so you have to make that happen. There will always be obstacles in life, you just have to over come them.
ReplyDeleteI plan on working/having a career in graphic animation. I plan on going to a vocational school next year and taking a computer graphics class. Hopefully this will help me get a hang of the software that I will be using when I go to the vocational school. I also plan to go to college for graphic animation and someday creating my own game or maybe owning my own graphic animation company like blizzard. After I finish up college I plan to get a job and if I owe money on student loans or any other loan I would pay it off. I would move down south and find myself a girl and marry her. I would like to have 2 children one a boy to carry on the name of the Kaiser family. But there might be some obstacles like if I don't go to vocational school I would have to learn about my career all on my own and on my own time. If I can't find a job in the current job market I would not be able if I wanted to I make my own company.
ReplyDeleteI have many dreams for the future that I hope to make come true. One of my dreams is to make a big family. I want my family to be very into sports because I eventually want to be a coach for competitive cheerleading or field hockey. I want to live in a big house where my family has enough room for everything and won't complain. Another reason I want to have a big house because I want my family as in my mom, dad, sisters, aunts, and uncles to be able to come over whenever they want. Maybe to hang out an have barbeques and celebrate birthdays. I love my family and I want to make sure I always stay close with them. I'm not sure how I plan to make them come true because I know it will be a lot of work. I know I'm a very hard working person and if I want something done, it will get done. It will take a lot of time and effort. Some obstacles that will come across my life will be where I plan to go to college. I want to leave New Jersey, but I don't want to go too far. I am thinking about East Carolina University or Rowan University if I decide to stay in New Jersey. I want to see how other people live and I want to meet new people. I want to live on my own and actually take care of myself. I want to be guidance counselor or a physical therapist. I do plan to make my dreams come true.

DeleteI don't plan on going to a great college for many years. I'm planning on going to Ocean County College and taking a business course. Then I plan on going away to a school for Cosmetology and styling. No place too far from home because I hope to have my own place. Where it would be easy to see friends and family. By then, while I'm in my early twenty's, I will hope to get a better job to consist more of cosmetology. Maybe working at a hair dressing shop. As time goes by I would like to at least start a family and moving into a decent size house. Then by using my business schooling I will start an at home hair styling place. I don't like to travel to get to and home from work so having and at home career seems best fitting for me. And it makes things a lot easier on a family. And I want to start my own family business.

DeleteI've got several dreams for my future, and I know that any of them are possible if I make the effort. Someday after High School and College, I plan on starting a small family, but not for a long time. Some day I'd love to make it to a professional level in motocross, and I know theres a chance for that to happen. With everything I've ever done I had to be the best and until I am theres no chance I'll quit, thats why I love motocross its the one thing thats actually challenging to me. If I don't make it big I want to own a buisness that has to do with it. I'd like to either go to college for motorcycle mechanics or graphics designs, possibly both because I could easily start a buisness with either of them. I've been trying to get a graphics company started for a couple months now, I've got several of my own sponsors working with me and hopefully by the time I graduate high school, it will be well known. I've made all my dreams happen so far and I plan on making these happen to.

DeleteMy plan for the future is to go to collage and become an architect. This year I am taking CAD in school its a very interesting class I really enjoy it, i am learning a lot and its teaching me the fundamentals of being an architect, so now when I go to collage I will have knowledge and I will know the basic skills of being an architect. some obstacles that could be in me future is going to collage the reason why it will be an obstacle is because to be an architect you have to go to school for 8 years so you can start drawing buildings for company's and important business people, and if my dream comes true I would like to build my own house and start a family.

I want to peruse in like is being an out of state police officer.I want to peruse that in the future but family comes first. I plan to make my police career to come true because i like all the cop shows and i listen and respect the rules,laws and respect police officers.But mean while I think my grades will become a problem in the future. I plan to get my grades up so i can make a living because my grades have not be the best they could be.Also I need to get my grades up to be able to achieve my goals in life. I think I can make my goals and future come true if i try hard enough.But a the same time not get distracted in school of college
ReplyDeleteI have so many dreams for the future, but one that I’d really like to come true is to become a crime scene investigator. I’ve wanted to do this since I was about 6. My grandma and I would sit in her living room until like 2am watching CSI. I always found it interesting and I’d always find out who killed someone or stole something before the end of the show. Plus I want a career that I’m actually going to enjoy and kind of have fun doing. My grandma always told me it would be something I’d be good at. If I really end up doing it I plan to go to school for it. Maybe even vocational school. I heard there is an exact class for it.

Also with my work schedule I don’t know when I’ll have time to actually go, or would I have to quit my job. Than what money would I have to go to college?
Being a crime scene investigator would be an interesting job. If thats what you want to do with your life definitley do it. As far as money goes theres always financial support in college. Im sure what ever college you want to go to you can work something out.

Nursing has always been a dream of mine, and helping others in need of care. I want this because I've always had a thing for helping others. I look forward to going to school for nursing quickly after high school. I want to help this dream come true by working my hardest in school and getting good grades so i can get into a good college. Some obstacles in my life would be money, for nursing it can be very tough to get into a good college for it i look forward to have some way to help pay for college to study and be the first in my family to graduate college
